    the article implies that when giving a speech its allways given the fault on the person that is listening weather the speech is well given which to me sound absoulutly obsered and that the one gving the speach has to give more emotion when delivering theis speach.

    This article is about how not having good communication skills is a big problem. Also not being able to just listen. Being able to do both are two qualities of a leader. You have to show emotion and keep your talking interesting so that you keep your audience entertained.

    the article is about organizations and companys that have bad communitcations skills with the rest of the employees and the company falls. But as it says sometimes it is not the speckers fault but the listeners because if nobody is listening then the point will not be heard or understood.

The article also implies that when giving a speech the person listening is at fault if the speech is successful or not. I don’t agree with this.     This article talks about having good communication skills. You have to be able to talk to people the right way, and know how to listen properly. When a business or company has bad communication skills it can fail and be unsuccessful.

    This article is about how not having good communication skills and not being a being a listener and how bad communication is not a good think because it effects alot of people. Being a listner and a good communicator is a key in being a good leader so without this you fail or lack in leadershipness.

    In this article, communication skills were talked about.Another thing that was brought up was how when giving a speech, the person listening determines if it was successful or not. I kind of agree with that because if the speech isnt effective enough for people to pay attention to then really how good was it?

    Having good communication skills is necessry for a good leader to possess. The speaker needs to show emotion and keep his audience interested in order for the speech to be successful, to me the listener just listens and pays attention and take sit all in.

    the article was basically about communication and how having poor communication skills is not a good thing .Having bad communication skills is bad for people. Listening skills are also very important. The article makes a point that when youre giving a speech the person listening decidesif the speech is successful or not.     I completely agree with this article because one thing I really get annoyed with is poor communication skills. Though I may not be a great pubic speaker communication is the key of life. To be a leader one needs to know how to communicate but also listen, just like being a leader but also a follower. This article is very useful.

    This article was about communication amongst leaders. This, and listening, is also a good quality a leader must have. Being a leader means being a team player. I feel that if you are unable to listen to others, you’re unable to be a team leader, and thus, unable to handle the responsibility of a leader.

    this article is about how communication is a 2 way street. One cannot be a good communicator by simply being able to speak well. They must also be a good listener. To be a good listener, it is good to show interest in what thje other person has to say, and actually take in what they are saying.

    and at the same time you have to be an effective speaker and listener.
    if you dont have good commucation then it will be hard to get your point across
    also its giving you tips on how not to be the one that dont shut the hell up!
