and at the same time you have to be an effective speaker and listener.
if you dont have good commucation then it will be hard to get your point across
also its giving you tips on how not to be the one that dont shut the hell up!

Thos article is about how there is always going to be that one person anywhere you go that just wont shut-up. But it has its good and bad. the good part is that it has communication but sure annoying.

This article was about communication amongst leaders. This, and listening, is also a good quality a leader must have. Being a leader means being a team player. I feel that if you are unable to listen to others, you’re unable to be a team leader, and thus, unable to handle the responsibility of a leader.

I completely agree with this article because one thing I really get annoyed with is poor communication skills. Though I may not be a great pubic speaker communication is the key of life. To be a leader one needs to know how to communicate but also listen, just like being a leader but also a follower. This article is very useful.
