that article didnt make sence to me but i kinda got it that persuasuion is very important when it comes to leading other !
The article The Potency of Persuasion is basically talking about power and leadership. It saids that to have leadership over something, you must have power and that everyone strives for it. Or influences somebody to do the same.
This article is saying how power has a lot to do with leadership. Leadership is persuading the other person to want to do what you want him to do, and it shows power. It also says that three ways to persuade others to follow are: education, participation, and co-option.
A goood leader is able to persuade. and you have to know how to persuade when it comes to leading.
