I agree that the more scholarships you apply for, the more of a chance you have of getting them. The most difficult part is giving up free time to work on scholarships. Faith Rogers gave up her social life for a year, which seems pretty crazy, but evidently it pays off.
THiS ARTiCLE iS ABOUT A 17 YEAR OLD FAiTH RODGERS WHO HAS RECiEVED 1.8 MiLLiON iN SCHOLORASHiPS. SHE STARTED APPLYiNG FROM HER FRESHMAN YEAR. SHE SAiD SHE PUT HER SOCiAL LiFE ON HOLD FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND JUST FOCUSED ON APPLYiNG FOR COLLEGES.
Okay. First of all she must be really smart !! and second of all, she has no life. My friends balance out my life! But I have already set myslef up with fastweb.com and have been filling out things for college. But this articel was very informational!

This article was about benefitting your future. It talked about most scholarships always asking what you plan to major in and what you plan to do with that degree. It also talks about the different internet websites they visit for scholarships.
in the article Faith Rogers was offered numerous scholarships to different I.V league schools. she recieved a full ride to MIT.She was able to recieve all these scholarships by everyday filling out differnt ones she put her social life on hold for a year to concentate on her academics. she also states that most of the scholarships require extracurricular activities. Decide what you want to participate in and stick with it. If you’re fickle with your extracurricular activities, it just shows people that you are not dedicated to your decisions.
i was absoulutley outraged by the amount of scholarships money she was offerd. it is true that all that money is out there for scholarships but it takes work and determinations to actually find the money. it takes time but you actually have to put effort!!!
I agree with this article. The smartest thing to do it to collect money by applying for hundreds or even thousands of scolarship. You earn a lil moeny here and there and by no time u can get your whole tuition payed for and all the extra money is poceted. Only thing hard about that is coming up with the time to apply for them. We are just naturally lazy. =]
This article is about how much scholarships really help you. They benefit because if you start applying for them early enough you can get a lot of money. This article proves that with the 17 year old that got 1. 8 million dollars.
This article was about Faith Rogers and how she got $1.8 million dollars in scholarships. She began her search in freshman year on FastWeb.com. She began applying to them in junior year and got all of them excluding one. She applied to 100-200 scholarships. She put her social life on hold and applied on weekends and after homework for a whole year. Having a computer and her parents nagging support helped her a lot. She explains that most scholarships ask for what you plan to major in and in what degree and your extracurricular ideas. Basically she is saying to put your non important social life on hold and apply for scholarships.
BUT EASIER SAID THEN DONE. =)
THE ENDDDDDDDDDD
This article basically about how a girl named Faith Rogers who got a chance to win a lot of scholarship money ($1.8 million worth). I think that she was ezxtremly lucky to have that opportunity. This article would be useful to people who don’t know where to begin to apply for scholarships. The tips are good ideas for everyone.
Faith Rogers was very motivated and applied for about 100-200 scholarships. She put her social life on hold for about a year. She can pretty much get into any college shw wants to for free. This is what you have to do if you want to be successful.
In this article a girl named Faith won a lot of scholarships which was about $1.8 million worth for college. To start preparing for college, she put her social life on hold for a YEAR. This is a big sacrifice espicially in high school. I think she was extremely lucky because many people try to get scholarships but dont get them mainly because they’re not willing to make such a big sacrifice.
This article was about a girl named Faith who earned over a million dollars worth of sxcholarships. She put her social life on hold for a year and applied herself to school, doing scholarships on weekends and after homework during the week. She used fastweb.com just like me, which means im the next millionaire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *evil laugh
This article was about a girl named Faith Rogers. She was seventeen years old. She applied to many different scholarships..which is obviously what youre supposed to do. Point is that she eventually got a full ride scholarship to MIT. It made it a point to join many extracurricular activities and actually stick yo them.
this aticle is about a girl named faith who won a really big scholarship fo 1.8 million dollars to go to college. she applied for like 100-200 scholarships, and didnt talk to anybody for about a year lol
but now she can pretty much go to school for free.
this article is about having a good future and that scholarship.
also its a good idea to start early
but at the same time she had no life to do that since freshmen year!
but i am happy for her! i hope that will be me by the time i graduate
but i wont put off my social life tho
Faith Rogers earned 1.8 million dollars in scholarships but she did this by putting her social life aside for one year. I really admire her for this, I dont think I would ever be able to do this. It seems impossible to me that she applied for 100-200 scholarships, but she did, she really deserves all of the money that she earned.
Yes i believe this girl has no life..but she did a very cool thing she did…i also feel she is very lucky to do something like dat…she is set for life pretty much is she continues doing things like that. She should not have any problems with paying for school and she will have extra pocket money if she spends it wisley.
if you wrtie more essays you get more scholarship money. like this girl, my parents are always on my back, so ill probably wind up writing a lot, but not a million dollars worth. im too lazy for that,
My parents are the same way and they are making me get scholarships. Its free money that can always help. You can write the same essay or write 2 and then just send those all the time. I should start finding them becuase it is going to be too late soon.
This article is about a girl who, took time to put her life on hold and apply for scholarships. All her hard work paid off because now she has plenty of money to college. She got $1.8 million for school and is a smart person to apply for all of those.
