I believe that students should be able to graduate after tenth grade. The reason for this is because if they are mentally prepared, there should be no need to hold them back. If students have the grades and are highly educated they should be able to graduate.
Kids should and shouldnt be able to move on . It should depend on the livel the kid stands on cuase they might not be prepared to . They should thought at the same time cause it would save money for the schools…
YES i BELiEVE THAT STUDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GRADUATE EARLY. i AGREE WiTH THE ARTiCLE WHEN iT STATES THAT STUDENTS iN OTHER COUNTRiES ARE AHEAD iN ACADEMiCS THAN THE AVERGAE AMERiCAN STUDENT.
At the age of 16, i believe students are old enough to go to college. If they pass the madatory tests, and are mature enough for the college lifestyle, then they should be able to graduate at an early age. It will take a lot of hard work for them, and only the serious students will take the work serious.
the article states that in over seas countries students whom graduate at 16, tend to do better in standardized tests then americans. i think that this has less to do with what age you graduate and more to do with american students, immaturity, laziness, and lack of caring. i think graduating after tenth grade is a horrible idea and will cause problems. things should stay how they are if you have a particular reason to graduate earlier then in your special situation it should be up to you and your parents besides that stay in school!
the endddddd =)
this article is about whether or not should sophomore students be able to attend college at 16. i say yes if i high school student is doing very well and have no more desire to be in high school anymore let them take on the challenge of college. the students who are intellgent enough to pass the test should be able to go and start off in college.
I think students should be able to graduate early, its true that the educational gap between poor and the wealthy would grow but it also means that students would have the oportunity to begin their careers early if they are prepared for it.
Graduating early is okay, but at 10th grade?! I was 15 my sophomore year. I learned so much throughout highschool and if I left at 15, I’d be eatten alive in the outside world. Beiong smart is one thing, and if you can graduate early, okay. But there’s a lot more to high school than being book smart. The world is scary, live it up in high school.
This article is about if sophomore students should be able to attend college at 16. I say No! If i high school student are doing very well it really doesnt matter. They shouldnt let the students leave. High school is to prepare you for college and the real world. If you skip here you will be lost once you get out there.

I believe if students are capable of intaking information at a faster pace, and if their high school career permits them to enter college at a young, they should go for it. If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Thus, when an opportunity is handed to you, you should take it. It could only help you, not harm you. Why should these students continue wasting their time, when they could be on their way to being successful and making this world a better place? Living in the 21st century, we need it. Adjusting to the college lifestyle would being in a difficult way, but I’m positive adjusting would not be as bad. If they’re ready for college, chances are they’re ready for it’s lifestyle as well.
I think students should be able to graduate early. I dont think it should be forced but if they want to then its their choice. Some students get done with their things faster than others and are on higher academic levels. They shouldnt have to stay back and do nothing if they could be out getting a early start towards their future.
This article is basically talking about how New Hampshire education officials think that sophmores should be ready to graduate by the age of 16. I think that it would be a good experience for some and that the challenge would give them a head start. I think that if the student is mature and prepared that they should go for it.
The article says that New Hampshire is considering a new project of students graduating high schools after their sophomore year. I think this would be a bad decision because most kids at their sophomore year are immature and don’t take much seriously and possibly need the next two years of high school to learn more and be more prepared and ready for college. Actually now that i think about it i think this would be good because they give these students test based on AP and IB courses and test that are given now. And in order to graduate early you would have to pass these test and if you dont then you will remain in high school for the next two years. So basically this is a good thing because high school students begin taking AP classes and even duel enroll in their junior year so i really think their is no difference in just enrolling in an community college after 10th grade. That is if they are ready of course!!! =D
I think this would be a great idea because they test the kids who wanna graduate and once they get the students gone that are college bound and that are ready for the next level of eduaction then they can focus mainly on the students that need the help and the extra two years of high school.
I think that kids should be able to choose to graduate early. If they want to move on then they should, but if they want ot experience high school more i think that they should stay and futher their education.
I think that if the student can handle the work and is willing to accept the responsibility they should be able to move on. The article says that in over seas countries students that graduate at 16, do better in standardized tests then americans. I think that age is just a number and that they should not be held to complete 2 unneccessary years in high school if they could just move on to further their education and start their career.
I honestly dont think that students should graduate while they’re sophmores. Despite what the article says about lowering dropout rates and higher competency in core school subjects, I think thats entirely too early. Regardless of your intelligence, it takes more than that to do well. you have to be mentally prepared.
Students should not be able to graduate after tenth grade. Regardless how well grades are, you can always demand harder classes in high school. High school maturity changes from freshman to senior and is very dramatic. Being a Senior is not only a memorable year but also brings with it college readiness and maturity.
i think that students should not be able to graduate after 10th grade because most teenagers arent matured enough. even when they graduate in 12th grade they aren’t matured yet.
i think that if the kids are smart enough they should be able to move on. But also you have to look at the maturity level if it is up to par and if they can handle it. If they are smart enough and can pass the required test then let them graduate.
i think that kids should be able to graduate early after 10 grade because some people are matured and ready to leave highschool and experience college. and if they are at a college level i believe they should be able to go and graduate and let them go.
the article states that the New Hampshier educational offices says that kids should be allowed to garduate after the 10th grade at the age 16. It also says the oveer seas kids have been known to do that and do better at standerdized test than thier american peers. I personally think that it should be the children and parents choice. Some people just arent meant5 to be in school for 4 years and i think would be better just going into the world.
i think that kids shouldnt graduate after 10th grade becuase they are only done with half of their high school year. They have so much more to look forward to in 11th and 12th grade.
although students can be very mentally prepared for college, they are not always ready maturity wise. there are many important experiences that happen for students in 11th and 12th grade, and all students should experience them before shipping away to college/
i dont think kids should be able to graudate after the 10th grade due to many of reasons.
first of all i think they will be too young to finish school.
and at the same time if they graduate after the 10th grade that gives them more time on their hands to get in to trouble
and things that they are not suppost to be doing.
and i think that will cause more trouble and distruction to them
and the world around them.
but thats just my personal opinion
I dont think kids should be able to graduate after 10th grade. no matter how smart someone is there is a maturity level that con only be reached with age and experience. A 10th grader is not ready to be in the world or go to college that young. Staying in school will only help, it wont hurt for them to stay in school 2 more years.
the article states that in over seas countries students whom graduate at 16, tend to do better in standardized tests then americans. I think there wouild be too many complications. Ofcourse there are some students who can under stand the educational levels, of adults. But being young, includes immaturity, being naive and innocent, to what really goes on in the world, plus you would be missing out on an amazing senior year, with your own class =]]. Its like forcing your youth too hurry up. Why would you even want to get old??? youth doesnt last forever and i think you should cherish and take one step at a time.
I believe that a students who are able to excel at a faster pace should be allowed to do so. When these students are in an regular pace they may find more challenges staying focused because it is too boring for them. These students are just wasting their time in these courses. Every student should be allowed to learn at a pace that is appropriate for them. Whether that be slower or faster.
